I couldn't resist so I had to upload pictures of Mira.

She loves sitting in the sunlight now that its coming in through the West Window.

I have been having a lot of fun on the midnights getting some pictures. They might not be the best but I have enjoyed just taking them. Being on the midnights affords me time to just take pictures. Mainly because we aren't busy, so whenever I do see a photo op I can take it.

First I begin with one of our resident owls. At night they are ghostly white when the fly with a wingspan that is hard to believe.

A Learjet at our FBO.

I thought this was an interesting perspective. This is what a wing walker would see so most people would never see this view of an aircraft.

Another interesting shot. This is what the Marshaller would see.

Another.

This is one of my favorite shots of Southwest.

This is Southwest landing RWY 16R. I was on the perimeter Road and set up my camera to get this shot. After I looked at it when it was done I noticed the wavy of the lights in one spot. I can only assume that after it flew over the wingtip vortices started shaking my camera ever so slightly. Just hearing the wingtip vortices as eery sounding. It sounded like a wind tunner right above your head.

And finally, as I was doing the Airfield Inspection, the UPS flight called and said he was taxiing to RWY 10. As soon as I cleared 10, I pulled over and set the camera up AS he was rolling. I didn't have time look to see if I captured anything so it wasn't until I had finished that I saw that I did get his take off.
